Founder bio
Founded by Jim Damian, Linean is a majority team-owned firm that brings together experience in entrepreneurship, public-sector leadership, economic development, technology, and operational transformation. Jim previously built Stria into a five-time Inc. 5000 company, served as Chief Economic Development Officer for Kern County, and was named Bakersfield Businessperson of the Year.
